Start with a consultation. Product availability, design scope, specifications, pricing and scheduling need to be confirmed in a written proposal before any commitment.
Can you deliver to my location?
Delivery and installation coverage are reviewed individually. Share your location, access conditions and any lifting or transport constraints. No delivery area or timeline is guaranteed here.
What foundations and electrical work are required?
Requirements depend on the selected product and site. Confirm foundation design, drainage, permits, electrical supply and clearances with qualified local professionals using approved product documentation. Do not prepare a site from concept information.
Can I customize or combine products?
Yes. Discuss extended rooflines, panoramic glazing, architectural cladding, premium benches and bespoke layouts when requesting your sauna quote. Cold plunges and complete spa installations remain future offerings in development.
